Well, America Does Love Its Oil

I read an essay that gave some good theories and background on why we invaded Iraq. It's embarrassing to me that a good number of Americans still stand by George W. Jackass and believe we went over there because Saddam and the third world country of Iraq were such a threat with their weapons of mass destruction.

If a Democrat would have orchestrated this affair, the Republicans would be squealing like stuck pigs about our "failed mission", but Democrats are starting to talk about an extended presence in Iraq as stated in the article.
