Why the Religious Right are Winning

Liked this essay from the same website as the Iraq invasion story about how the religious right is always heard above progressives.

I absolutely loathe the religious right. I do have to admit, though, that I do admire the squirrely little bastards. They have shown everyone that a very vocal minority will always trump the silent majority. The little shits do show up at the polls too, while us liberals just think everyone else will show up and vote. I registered and voted in the last election, so I have a right to bitch. Those that didn't take the time to get up off the couch do not.
